Key Responsibilities:- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure services within the Microsoft Azure environment.- Office 365 Administration: Manage and administer Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other collaboration tools.- Intune Configuration and Management: Configure and manage Intune for device management, ensuring compliance and security standards are met across all endpoints.- SharePoint Administration: Maintain and support SharePoint Online environments, including site creation, customization, permissions management, and content migration.- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal compliance standards, implementing necessary controls and conducting regular audits.- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for cloud-based systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
